Smoky Quartz is a gentle protector, in my experience. It’s one I can sit with at the end of a long day and allow any energy or experiences I absorbed that do not serve me to be released. I find this practice to cleanse, because I’m taking inventory of my day, and letting things go that aren’t helpful, and also protecting myself by asserting boundaries with what thoughts, feelings, are allowed to be part of me.
