Chalcopyrite and Hematite are both minerals I use for going through small self renewals. Every once-in-a-while, I sit down with myself and get real about my behaviors and habits. I grasp my Chalcopyrite as I gently self-assess where I can grow, any past hurts that are bothering me, any present hurts that are bothering me, and also where I’m doing great.
