All our crystals are carefully sourced from trusted suppliers across the globe – including Peru, Mexico, Pakistan, Europe, Asia, and the United States. Because crystals are found world-wide, our reach extends globally.
2. Are your crystals natural or treated?
We specialize in high-grade, natural, and untreated crystals. In rare cases where a specimen is stabilized or enhanced, it will be clearly stated in the product description.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via USPS. Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
4. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand to international markets soon!
5. What is the Crystal Mystery Box?
Our Crystal Mystery Box is a curated experience – each box includes a surprise selection of crystals based on your preferences, energy themes, or zodiac sign.
6. Can I request a custom box or specific crystals?

7. Do your crystals come with meaning or metaphysical info?
Absolutely. Each crystal includes a card or note explaining its name and location info. Collectors shop with us for many different reasons, from metaphysical crystal energy, to geological and mineralogical preference. Including the name of the mineral, and the location will allow each individual collector to research and learn more about their specimen in the way they prefer.
8. Is your packaging eco-friendly?
We do our best to use recyclable and minimal-impact materials while keeping your crystals safe and beautiful.
9. How do I care for my crystals?
Most crystals can be gently cleaned with water and a soft cloth. Some should be kept out of sunlight or water – if you need additional guidance on your specific mineral specimen, please reach out to us via our chat form on our website.
10. What if my crystal arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if anything arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. Extra Shipping insurance is always something you can request via the contact form, or chat feature on our website (calculated by value, weight, and location. Extra costs apply to adding insurance.)
11. Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?
Yes, you can request gift wrapping or a personal note at checkout – perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or special moments.
12. How do I know if a crystal is right for me?
Trust your intuition! We also offer zodiac-based recommendations and personalized guidance if you’re not sure where to start. We are always available to chat via the message feature on our website, and love to provide any help, or answer any questions.
